Clean & Helpful staff!
Had a decent stay! The staff were super friendly and helped out when we had air con issues. The room was clean and the shower was nice. Loved the location too—just a short walk to the river and big sights! One downside was the bedding had a couple of stains, which was kinda off-putting.

The hot water was fantastic and the air conditioning made our stay super comfy during the warm days. I loved chilling out with a book in the cozy lounge and enjoyed a quick game of pool too. The only downside was a bit of noise from the corridor at night, but that didn’t really affect our sleep. 😊

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing local tips and extra pillows when requested. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the underground, making travel around the city easy. the room was quite small and lacked basic facilities like a fridge, and the noise from neighboring rooms made sleep difficult.

Convenient access to nearby public transport, making travel around the area a breeze. The room had a kettle for making tea and coffee, providing a cozy touch after a day out exploring.
The rooms are extremely small, making it feel cramped with minimal space for luggage, which can be a pain if you have more than a couple of bags. Heating issues arose during my stay, with the air conditioning not functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. The shower control was finicky, stuck on hot, which led to some discomfort. Overall cleanliness left something to be desired, with reports of dusty corners and unkempt bathrooms that could definitely use a good scrub.

Suitable accommodation for a family with children
Check-in was smooth and it was nice to see the staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially this lady at reception with a flower in her hair who really made us feel at home. The location was good too, just a quick walk to the tube, and we even had handy shops nearby, which is a plus when you're traveling with kids.
It wasn't exactly cheap but the overall value was still acceptable.
